Mazel (Star) Knowledge; Yeshshem-There is a Name About Jewish Astrology |
Many people are not aware of the deep insights available from Jewish Astrolgy! Many people are not aware of the connection between the 12 tribes of Jacob and the 12 Mazelot - constellations which are used in Jewish Astrology The Wise Men of Israel knew about the connection and taught about it. They also knew that people can change the effect of the Mazelot. They taught about that also. The information presented in this site will both give you information and how to change it if you don't want it to manifest. We will never answer a question about the future because that can possibly take away your free choice. Below is written an article explaining the Why behind the belief that Jewish People should not study Astrology! What is Jewish Astrology? The oldest book on Astrology is also the oldest book on Jewish Kabbalah! It is the Sefer Yetzirah (the book of formation). The Mekubalim (Jewish mystics) teach that this book was originally written by Abraham Avinu our Patriarch almost 4000 years ago. The Academic Kabbalists teach that the book is attributed to Rabbi Akivah approximately 2000 years ago. There is no real conflict between these teachings because today we find it difficult to know what is the original work and what is comments written by others through out the centuries. The tradition teaches that originally the ir were 400 chapters and the book was written by Avraham Avinu as a how to manual for someone to connect to God. Today we only have 6 chapters and the tradition teaches that Rabbi Akiva put it into the current form. From the Sefer Yitzirah and the Kabbalah as taught by the Zohar and the writings/teachings of Rabbi Yitzhak Luria ZТal come the following understandings. One soul consists of male and female. Separate they are not considered complete. Each soul is unigue. Each soul comes to this world to effect Tikun (correction/completion/perfection). This may take many lifetimes to complete. There are rules and laws relating to reincarnation just as there are rules and laws relating to nature. Each soul consists of 5 parts of which the lower 3 are connected to the individual body of a person There is always an inner and an outer for everything. This means that the body has a soul (outer and inner) What is above is below ! There is a microcosm and a macrocosm! The universe in the frame of the Astronomy is the same as the universe in the frame of the body. An individual lifetime is seen in the context of the path of that individual soul completing a Tikune. This can be done in 1 lifetime but usually takes many lifetimes. The planets have souls (inner consciousness) also. The Mazelot or constellation have souls (inner consciousness) also. The planets and constellation go through a cycle just like a soul. Their purpose in creation is to transfer metaphysical energy into the physical world in a manner that follows the laws of nature and metaphysical energy transfer. As planets and constellations go through the cycle, they change the ultimate composite of the energy they are transferring. An individual soul chooses his moment of birth so that the planets and constellations will send him the metaphysical energy that pushes or impels him into situations and lifestyle choices that is the best for him to reach his Tikun. Does this mean that a person does not have free choice. NO! Each MAN has Free Choice. The stars will push/impel him into sitiuations that is the best thing for him at that moment in his process. .. but he has a choice of which path to take. THE STARS IMPEL THEY DO NOT COMPEL. There IS ALWAYS FREE CHOICE. So what then is the purpose of Jewish Astrology? It is a tool that was given to the Jewish people that helps them shorten their process of discovering their Tikun. IT CAN NOT PREDICT THE FUTURE BECAUSE SINCE MAN HAS FREE CHOICE IT DOES NOT KNOW THE FUTURE. The above applies to the Jewish soul as explained in the Talmud. For the other nations the future is known except to the extent they have free choice relative to the Jewish Nation. Come and see, and I will explain the difference between the 4 types of Astrology. There are four types of ASTROLOGY usually referred to as Chinese or oriental, Western, Vedic or Indian, and Jewish . The Chinese follow rules that say the year of birth defines the personality of the person and that they can predict the future and use things from the physical world to affect the negative things they see ahead. The Western and Vedic styles follow rules that define character traits and future events and use physical things to affect the negative things they see ahead. Jewish Astrology says the Astrological chart shows the summation of your previous lives and the general direction the stars will impel you on this life journey as part of your total Tikun. The chart will ask you to change yourself so that the negative aspects from the planets and constellations will not affect you and the chart will recommend metaphysical tools that can be used to effect change in your Midot (character traits) so as to shorten your process towards Tikun. There are some significant differences between Western/Vedic astrology and Jewish Astrology. One difference relates to the planets Pluto, Nepture, and Uranus, one to the number of circles use to "read" the chart. Another difference is that Some people have a different sun sign in the Jewish calendar than in the Gregorian / Western calendar. According to the Sefer Yitzirah the twelve signs of the zodiac control 1 hour each during the day and 1 hour each during the night. IN Western astrology they divide the day into 24 hours and say the constellations follow each other every 2 hours. This leads to a House Ruler changing more quickly in the Jewish Chart. On the physical level, at the time of the writing of the Sefer Yitzirah there were no telescopes and the 3 outer planets could not be seen with the naked eye. So western astrology was left with a quandary of what to do with these planets when they were discovered. Jewish astrology always knew they were there but because of the knowledge from the Kabbalistic Sefirot (which says that the upper 3 pour their influence (Shefah) into the lower 7 they do not have to be discussed in detail. All of these differences are taken in to account and are included in the report you receive. Astrology Product Examples Astrology Products |
