One possible Meditation

All Light existing in any negativity within my body and soul is drawn out to return to its Source. Remaining dark entities vanish as their Light returns to the Creator. I am fueled only by the direct and utterly pure Forces of Light from the upper worlds. My life funnels brighter Light as I increase in capacity to hold greater amounts of fulfillment every day. I am becoming the change I wish to see.
