Zohar HaAzinu - Section 10 - The Path Where the Hairs Split

It is recommended to study the section prior to reading the Synopsis.

Zohar Sulam Commentary on Parasha HaAzinu Section 10

It is best to study the Zohar in the following manner:

1. Read out loud the Aramaic Verse. If you need to transliterate in order to read with the sounds of the lettersthe verse see below. If you use the transliteration tool than make sure you scan the Aramaic first and last.

2. Read the English Translation - if you desire to understand and realize that your understanding will limit the energy you receive. This is why it is important to scan the aramaic verse first.

3.Write out your understanding of the verse. Send it to yeshshem@hotmail.com in an email. Use the Parasha Name and verse number in the subject. By sending your understanding you give yeshshem.com permission to post this to web page and any other uses Yeshshem may see a beneficial use.

4. Now read chanoch's Commentary or additions to enhance and or modify your own personal understanding.

SYNOPSIS:

Rabbi Shimon says that the path that shines in the division of the hairs that come out of the hidden brain is the path of the righteous. He talks about the supernal Keter above that is a hidden and entirely unknown higher candle.

Pasook 40. from the Zohar Sulam Commentary on Parasha HaAzinu

Please use a Transliteration tool to read the Aramaic Verses. This enhances the energy transfer since it uses both sight of the Hebrew Letters and Sound as well. You may find a transliteration tool on the dailyzohar website or through an internet search for "Hebrew Transliteration".

Translation

One path shines in THE MIDDLE OF the division of the hairs that come out of the CONCEALED brain, WHICH IS CONCEALED CHOCHMAH. It is the path where the righteous shine in the World to Come, as written, "But the path of just men is like the gleam of sunlight" (Mishlei 4:18), "then shall you delight yourself in Hashem" (Yeshayah 58:14). From this path shine all other paths that derive from Zeir Anpin, WHICH ARE 613 PATHS.

chanoch's Commentary

In my opinion, without Rabbi Ashlags comments we would have no clue as to the essence of this pasuk. With his comments we realize that the Mitzvot are connections to the higher level of Zeir Anpin. This explains something that is not usually revealed. In every lifetime a soul has a specific Mitzvah that is related to his or her essence as a future Tzadik.

Pasook 41. from the Zohar Sulam Commentary on Parasha HaAzinu

Translation

This Atika, WHICH IS ARICH ANPIN, the oldest among the old, FROM WHICH DERIVE SUPERNAL ABA AND IMA THAT ARE CONSIDERED OLD, is the supernal Keter above, NAMELY KETER OF ARICH ANPIN, with which all crowns are decorated, namely all Mochin. For Mochin are considered crowns, which are the seven characteristics of the head that shall be explained and the thirteen characteristics of the beard. And the crowns shine FROM IT, WHICH ARE ABA AND IMA, and the other candles, NAMELY SEVEN LOWER SFIROT, WHICH CONTAIN JUDGMENTS, glow from it and shine. NEVERTHELESS, it ITSELF is a hidden supernal unknown candle.

chanoch's Commentary

We learn from this pasuk is that the beards that men grow represent 13 locations which connect to the 13 Attributes of Mercy. I also am looking forward to learning about the 7 attributes of the Head - starting with their Names. Or as a student of Kabbalah do you know their Names? Also please know that this is describing the process as well.
